Always be honest with this question. Obviously they are looking for you to fill particular hours so don’t say you can do certain times/days if you can’t. Be honest with your flexibility. They always accommodate college/uni students even with transfers from store to store. There is almost always overtime so be sure to le them know you are available for it as they often call you outside of work to fill in extra gaps or cover shifts, especially if you’re reliable.
