NYU (New York University) interview question
Why do you think you would thrive working at ISDM, managing our events and website and acting as the sole administrator? Why would you be excited about continuing to work at an academic institution like NYU? Do you have any current obligations or commitments that would prevent starting in September?

I would flourish acting as the sole administrator of ISDM because I already thrive as the sole nightly administrator of an extremely busy and active XYZ. As the only administer at night and on the weekends, I have developed quite a unique and versatile transferable skill set that I know will be successful at NYU. I successfully manage all nightly events, club activities, lectures, and social media. I am committed to doing whatever it takes to keep the center running smoothly for students, staff, and faculty. (Even if it is unclogging a toilet or two here and there J) Also, I find the subject of “what makes people tick” to be absolutely fascinating.
