We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Software Testing Intern who wants hands-on experience in QA testing, product workflows, and customer operations.

Job Description

As a Software Testing Intern, you will manually test workflows across our POS ecosystem including:

• iOS applications (iPhone & iPad)
• Android applications (Phones & Tablets)
• Web dashboards and admin systems

You will work closely with developers, product owners, and customer operations teams to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across mobile and web applications
• Identify, document, and reproduce bugs clearly
• Create testing reports and workflow documentation
• Use ClickUp to manage testing tasks and bug tracking
• Assist with customer support issue reporting
• Verify fixes before releases
• Collaborate with product and development teams daily
• Participate in discussions around feature improvements and UX feedback

Requirements

• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Comfortable using:
• Google Docs & Sheets
• ClickUp
• Discord
• Screen recording tools

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Basic programming knowledge
• Understanding of QA or software testing concepts
• Familiarity with bug reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time
