Coding Instructor for Kids

Viskool is looking for a passionate and creative Coding Instructor to teach coding to school students in a fun, simple, and interactive way. The instructor should be able to help children understand basic programming concepts, logical thinking, problem-solving, and digital creativity through games, animations, and hands-on projects.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children and should be able to explain coding concepts in an easy and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live coding classes for kids from beginner level.
• Teach coding concepts using simple and child-friendly methods.
• Train students in block-based coding, logic building, animations, games, and mini projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, assignments, and project tasks.
• Help students complete coding projects with proper guidance.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to parents or academic coordinators.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and confidence among students.
• Handle student doubts during and after class sessions.
• Maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic programming concepts.
• Experience with Scratch or any block-based coding platform.
• Basic understanding of Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar technologies will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach children with patience and creativity.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Ability to create simple projects, games, animations, and coding activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Experience in teaching school students will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong coding knowledge and teaching interest may also apply.

Work Schedule

Flexible class timing based on batch requirements.
Evening and weekend availability will be preferred.
