The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for the overall management of key customer accounts and will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. As part of the Client Services team, the KAM will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and timely collection of outstanding receivables.

The role requires close coordination with customers, internal operations teams, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution and compliance with applicable Customs and Allied Acts.
