Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your goal is to build customer interest and set appointments or close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using scripts.
• Deliver prepared sales pitches to persuade prospects to purchase a product or service or schedule appointments.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Record and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
• Ability to learn about products and describe them to prospects.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Fluent in Hindi
• Familiarity with outbound calling tools or dialers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
