AIMagic Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer Intern to join our growing team in Pune. This role involves back-office operations, client support coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting for US-based projects.
This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who have good communication skills and basic technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Handle back-office support activities and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution
- Assist in technical support and troubleshooting tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain reports, records, and operational data
- Learn and work with technical tools and workflows
Requirements
- Good English communication and fluency
- Basic knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
- Good understanding of computers and internet-based tools
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work night shifts for US-based operations

Internship Details
- Location: Pune (On-site)
- Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Shift)
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Duration: 3–6 months
- PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity based on performance
