Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems for industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
• Configure and program HMI and SCADA systems.
• Commission and test automation systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related issues.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and P&ID diagrams.
• Integrate PLCs with VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation, program backups, and commissioning reports.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical support during installation and after-sales service when required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Omron).
• Experience with HMI and SCADA development.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or CAN.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation and electrical systems.
• Good understanding of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for project commissioning if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant industrial automation experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in machine automation, process automation, or special-purpose machines.
• Knowledge of servo systems, VFDs, robotics, or motion control is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
