Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end programs and initiatives
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate between teams & maintain team tracker (tech, content, operations, etc.)
• Will be responsible to work on of Upskilling & Community Vertical
• Should conduct market research, prepare proposals
• Prepare MVP and proposal for new product initiatives
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
• Responsible for team expansion and hiring coordination with HR team

Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
