As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success by providing technical expertise, designing, and implementing solutions, and supporting our sales and customer-facing teams. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze their business and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into effective and scalable solutions using our products and services.
Design, develop, and present customized solutions that address customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and
engineering, to ensure the proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities and strategic objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Assist the sales team in crafting proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and providing technical expertise during customer meetings and presentations. Address customer concerns and objections related to technical aspects of the solution.
Lead or support the implementation of solutions, including configuration,
integration, and testing. Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to our products and solutions. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to customers and internal teams.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Experience : 1-3 years
Education : BE/ BTech in E&E/ETC/Computer Sci/IT or its equivalent
Technical Skills:
Ability to grasp and understand the company’s product / platform
Basic knowledge of system architecture, integrations, databases, networking, cloud or automation systems as relevant
Ability to understand technical drawings, workflows, data points or control logic
Ability for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
Ability to convert customer needs into solution design
Customer Interaction Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Customer handling, discussion management and coordination skills
Analytical and logical skills
Confidently handle demos and solution walkthroughs
