Job Title: Part-Time DevOps & SRE Trainer
Location: Remote (India preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time (6–10 hours per week)
Salary: INR 150 - 200 per hour (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, patient, and highly skilled DevOps/SRE professional to provide personalized one-on-one training. The goal is to help an individual learner master the complete DevOps, Cloud, and SRE skill set from foundational to advanced level through structured, practical, and industry-oriented learning.

The mentor will create a clear learning roadmap and guide the learner through hands-on projects, best practices, troubleshooting, and real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a detailed structured learning roadmap covering all the listed topics in logical progression (Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced).
• Explain concepts clearly with real-life examples and live demonstrations.
• Assign practical hands-on projects and assignments after every major topic.
• Review assignments, provide constructive feedback, and help with doubt clearing.
• Teach industry best practices, common pitfalls, and production troubleshooting techniques.
• Recommend high-quality learning resources, tools, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering in production environments.
• Core Skills: Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Ansible, Observability stack, Kafka, Microservices, and SRE practices.
• Certifications (Preferred): CKA, CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, Terraform Associate, or similar cloud/SRE certifications.
• Teaching Experience: Proven experience mentoring junior engineers, conducting internal training, workshops, or creating content (YouTube, Udemy, blogs, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹200.00 per hour
