Designation: Software Developer / Trainee Software Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior software developer to join our experienced software design team. You will report directly to the development manager and assist with all functions of software coding and design. Your primary focus will be to learn the codebase, gather user data, and respond to requests from senior developers.

Should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. Ultimately, a top-class Developer provides valuable support to the design team while continually improving their coding and design skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, support and maintain applications and technology solutions.
• Ensure that all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, and time and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards
• Become familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies and processes.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Demonstrate a strong working understanding of the industry best standards in software development and version controlling
• Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
• Assist the Technical Lead with project team duties as required.
• Work under the direction of the Application Manager / Assistant Manager.
• Work on agile projects, participate in daily SCRUM calls and provide task updates.
• Develop and maintain internal project documentation
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases (like My SQL and MS SQL Server 2008/2012/2015 and later) and applications
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Good analytical and logical skills to break down requirements and solve complex problems.
• Good Communication and Teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Object oriented Concepts.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end and backend languages and libraries (eg. Dotnet, C#, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScrit)

Requirements:

• Fresher / Experienced(2year).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Knowledge of basic coding languages including C#, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic programming experience.
• Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
