1. You can create your own schedule based on your time zone. 2. Tons of support from management. 3. Tutors are very knowledgeable and professional. 4. Growth opportunities.
Cons
Dealing with students over chat can be time consuming.

Pros
-Tutors can set own prices for work (within reason) -Bidding system much more fair than other sites: the work is there -Access to CEO/Admins; a real "mom-and-pop" shop based in the US -Owner is an actual PhD-level professor with high academic standards
Cons
-UX is evolving, but there have definitely been improvements -a bit less transparency than when the company started, but that's part of any company
