Pros

Every employee is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help advance company and team goals. Although I started during the pandemic, and have only worked from home, I do not feel disconnected. The suite of products offered by 3C are exciting and impressive. Although I am in a business development role, I never have to go at it alone. I always have a strategic team available and willing to help. It's not a typical sale. More strategizing to work with companies that are innovative, cool and progressive. I also joined at an opportune time. I believe that mobile messaging is on the verge of becoming mainstream for mobile customer journeys. I honestly have never worked for a better company.

Cons

Steep learning curve since I have never worked in the mobile messaging industry. That said, I have never felt that I wasn't surrounded by a team that could quickly jump in when I didn't know sometime.

Can't really think of any cons. The team grew quickly - that is a good thing and bad I guess. No Cons.
