      Pros

      There are several pros. A Tech is a good company as it is employee centric. There are employee engagement activities. Employee satisfaction is high. Attrition is less.

      Cons

      the only flilp side to working here is the night shift. Working in the night shift takes a toll on employee health. We were not made to be awake at night and asleep in the day time.
