      Pros

      Great benefits, amazing culture and people. Leadership really cares about employees. Mike is the best! In our group we are treated like adults and not micromanaged at all.

      Cons

      Instability. Access just broke away from Chesapeake and is now being bought out by Williams. Lot of uncertainty with jobs and locations.
