      -Quick, nimble company -Opportunity to wear multiple hats and grow your job description based on the smaller companies under the ALLSTAR umbrella -Great 401k match -Open door policy - C-level have a pulse on the ops and are checking in -Emphasis on IT and innovating their tech/operating systems

      -The health benefits -MGAs, so treaties in play and at times succumbing to re-insurers demands

      Flex time, PTO, training, opportunities, office environment, great place to start career. They have many levels of positions to fit anyone’s experience level. Leadership has great team in place to support transitions and new employees.

      Haven’t found any legitimate cons that aren’t being addressed at the moment.

      Corporate culture - honest, fair and hardworking team. This company cares about its people. Nimble - claim systems are owned and improvements happen quickly. Management seeks new ideas to implement and shares the cudos.

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly and if you aren't comfortable at dealing with fast paced change, even good change, it could be overwhelming.
