      Pros

      Beautiful and pleasant shop to work in. Everyday you are meeting lovely customers and selling them honest quality products that they like. Very high salary compared to other retail shops. Very generous bonus scheme for those who have sales skills.

      Cons

      It does require your initiative and hard work to succeed in this boutique style shop environment. Product knowledge and customer service know-how is the first priority and a must if you want to meet your job requirements.

      Pros

      Excellent working environment, good work/life balance. The salary is much higher than my previous employer. Two way communication between management level and employee. A lot of support from the shop manager when I first started this job.

      Small company , sometimes can be very busy
