      Pros

      he salary was competitive, which made it rewarding, and the work environment was generally relaxed, with a good work-life balance. The atmosphere in the office was chill, and I felt comfortable working there. Additionally, APG knew how to organize great company events and parties, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

      Cons

      However, the working atmosphere between employees wasn’t always ideal. There was a noticeable level of competition, which sometimes made collaboration challenging. This internal competition affected the overall team dynamic.
