Pros
I do not know of many other companies who would go above and beyond to properly respect their employees as human beings the way they do. Not perfect of course, but you would be pressed to find better.
Cons
Could use more support and structure from overseas and more focus on the workers lives that are saved. Hard to predict when you'll have downtime and when you have a busy season, but that is the nature of emergency services. Not a whole lot of room for insane profit in a company like this but stability and honest work are part of it and to me much more important. Small company so this isn't a place to "climb the corporate ladder"
