I try to get the other reviews here but I don't understand some of them. This is a fun company to work at. Management values employees and families right up there with the work that we do. We are revolutionizing the industry with what we are creating and in that process there will be hurt people. There will also be people that don't agree with methods, technologies, or a myriad of other things, but that's the same at every company out there. Employees question things, discussion ensues, changes are/are not made depending, and that is kind of how things improve. The new location downtown, once fully renovated, will be an amazing showcase of what a great Tech Company in Omaha can look like.

Great group of people with great intentions. I've been working at ATS for almost two years and have learned a lot about the industries we are serving. As another reviewer mentioned, there are growing pains, as there are with every growing company, but it takes every member of the team to come together and find solutions. I think the company has TONS of potential, and it is finally beginning to gain traction. As for pros: - Great personalities - Good teamwork - Very transparent and approachable leadership, shares nearly all company progress and updates on a weekly basis - No bad blood between employees, as previous issues have been addressed and resolved - Numerous opportunities to prove yourself and cross-train - Great job stability - Extremely lenient with work schedule - Understanding and compassionate leadership - Good health insurance for such a small company - Implementation of quarterly goals/potential bonuses will be a good motivator - Doubling of PTO this year!!
