-Good projects in pipeline for oracle SaaS products. -With less experience you can attain high posts,provided you keep good relationship with your manager and have the ability to throw 4 or 5 people under the bus to get recognition faster :D -You can get hands on experience to either face politics or do politics.

Cons

Just remain unbothered and you will never see a con.
