I spent a number of years working at AA; without a doubt the best place I could have started my career in recruitment and I owe a huge amount to the business for what it provided me. You learn recruitment the correct way, with a caring team around you and strong management throughout. To this day I still value my time with the business and wish them the absolute best into the future. If looking for something different within Recruitment, seriously consider Accountancy Action as a place to do so.

Yes of course, not everything is perfect. The website is outdated and some of the marketing also - but it's an SME not a corporate giant. They seem to have come a long way with this recently also! You know exactly what you are signing up for with this business and that's the beauty of it. If you want to work for a high street recruiter, look elsewhere. MD has a funny sense of humour - luckily so did I.
