- Fault-tolerant work environment - Amazing flexibility & work-life balance given - First company where HR always reaches out to us with initiative - Company is willing to splurge on events for its employees - Higher management always highlights its transparency & support (As much as possible, within scope)
Cons
- Management should learn to cut welfare cost and treat employees like employees, otherwise expectations inflate especially for employees who overstayed their course.
