Pros
Challenging, high tech vision programming solutions. They really engulf you in the details and allow you to own programming and deployment of these high speed inspection systems. Excellent culture with numerous activities and ability to make friends outside of work.
Cons
With high tech systems, comes engineering design challenges which sometimes requires long hours. They are very clear in the interview process, but just know they mean what they say here.

Pros
Great people/team environment, flexible hours, PTO, lots of growth, Flex Time Off, headquarters is close to Indy Awesome culture: Ping pong tournaments, casual Fridays (jeans!), complimentary Foodie Fridays, team competitions, etc.
Cons
I tried to think of one, but I could not. The people and company are great! I highly recommend it.
