Place appears completely devoid of any office politics. Everyone focused on doing their job and getting the job done. Highly positive and pragmatic leadership willing to embrace modern solutions to achieve efficiencies. People speak their mind regarding issues and use of PowerPoint for internal reporting is non-existent. HR is authentic and helpful.

Cons

Some areas of IT could stand to be optimized.
