      Pros

      I love the people and the work. No one works here because it's just a job. We are clear on who we are and our mission to support grassroots. the partner work is fulfilling. Staff work hard and are a lot of fun. Several people have been promoted internally over the years so room for growth. good benefits too.

      Cons

      Pandemic has been hard without traveling and onboarding people we haven't been in relationship with.

      Pros

      Organization spends time and resources making sure staff have what's needed to succeed. Staff are dedicated and do amazing work. It's refreshing to work for for an organization where equity is front and center.

      Cons

      Success breeds more work. There is so much work to be done and it's hard to find enough time to do it.
