1.I would highly recommend anyone to never Join this company. First of all this company is known for it's toxic Workplace. I joined the bangalore office as a fresher , to my dismay everyone in that company is playing politics. You will not learn anything . I had to deal with a very toxic manager .To my surprise the entire company is filled with unprofessionals and everyone is just trying to save their jobs blaming everyone making it no less than a circus. 2 .No fixed work hours.They will ask you to work at night . If you actually want to learn anything and not be a part of hyprocrisy ,toxicity . Take out some time and look for other jobs , especially if you are a fresher .You do not want to work with this company .

Where do I start? I don't know where they've hired certain managers from, I don't think they carry any sort of management experience whatsoever. The worst kind of communication they employ which even a fish market betters. There's hardly any Work Life Balance and certain managers assume they own your life because you're getting paid as an employee. They use un professional methods of calling you on your phone at late nights and on weekends. The manager expects you to share your screen while coding either they are learning from you or they just don't trust you. Having such imbeciles in management is such a downfall for the organization. A lot of fellow team members were let go or they left due to the same reason. If you're not talented and can blame others on your mistake, Then this is the place for you. Better Stay Away!!!
