Pros

A new company that has its share of growing pains, but the opportunity to learn and grow alongside it far outweigh them. A strong team with kind members who are each knowledgeable in their own field, and more than willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Cons

The team and company are still learning and growing, and as such with changes to structure and objectives some more time than normal is needed to adapt.

Pros

Aerial is a small company (~12 full time employees), which means you can make a huge impact. The D.C. office has lots of great amenities. Aerial pays for your commute. Company phones. Very accessible management (CEO, CTO, etc), who are quick to take action on employee concerns.

Cons

No 401(k) yet, although it's in the works. The office chairs are a bit uncomfortable. The small office space means there are often meetings happening all around you.
