I've worked at a lot of companies that make an empty promise of culture, but FIFTY3 walks the walk. Everyone on the team is passionate about what they do, and we're all working toward the same goal. Leadership sees TMs as more than just employees; they do a great job of celebrating humanity in the workplace.

Cons

It's a younger company, so there are definitely some growing pains, but that flexibility also leaves plenty of room for you to offer opinions and ideas. Cross-departmental communication has lacked at times, but I've seen massive strides in improvement with this during my time here.
