Pros

- The quality of documentation and onboarding materials was genuinely surprising for a company of this size, which enabled me to ramp up quickly. - Teammates are incredibly supportive and consistently willing to collaborate and tackle complex, meaningful problems, even with new hires early on. - Employee perks and benefits are the best I’ve experienced at any company, let alone one at this scale. - The company truly believes in work–life balance and actively practices it, rather than just talking about it. - Founders are accessible, listen closely, and take employee feedback seriously.

Cons

- A strong culture of perfection over “move fast and iterate” can result in slower decision-making and mounting frustration. - Performance management and the definition of the performance bar are not yet consistent across the organization. - There is limited focus on how results are achieved when metrics are green or red; understanding the drivers is critical to investing in growth areas and divesting from those that aren’t performing. - Operating within a remote and hybrid environment can make it challenging to move quickly and share context across teams.

Pros

The founders care a lot about our customers; there's a deeply held belief that company success flows from serving our customers with frequent improvements, and that attitude permeates the culture. It's a highly collaborative environment—people consistently work through problems together rather than handing things off between functions. The founders are also incredibly hands-on and well-informed about the product and often participate in the problem-solving themselves. Everyone I've worked with here is smart, kind, capable, and engaged with their work. Each time I've asked for support with a project from other teams, I've been met with enthusiasm. Leadership and HR also take good care of employees through solid perks and processes (home office budget, learning & development budget, company socials, pay band transparency, RSP matching, and more). The working environment is ideal for anyone who thrives in an environment that focuses on outcomes and ownership. The company is optimized around remote work and collaboration, but still has a nice office space right downtown. The product is also a market leader in its category, with high scores (4.7+) on sites like G2 and Capterra. Reviewers are particularly vocal about how easy-to-use the tool is.

Cons

Some flip-flopping on things like org structure and processes in the past made it hard to focus on the core work sometimes, though I see this improving.

Supportive, low-ego leadership and competent, collaborative team

Pros

AgencyAnalytics is a genuinely great place to work. The company is well-managed, with a leadership team and founders who are low-ego, highly competent, and deeply invested in both the business and the people. Leadership truly cares about building a strong culture, including a thoughtful and effective remote-first culture. The team is made up of smart, capable, and friendly people who collaborate well and support each other. Competent individuals are trusted and given real opportunities to lead and grow, which makes the work feel meaningful and empowering.

Cons

The pace can be stressful at times, but that’s expected in a fast-moving tech environment. While occasional overtime may be required, in general the company offers great work life balance and the pressure generally comes from doing important work rather than unnecessary chaos.
