      I get to work with incredibly smart people Autonomy of work, trusted to make decisions and do your job No politics, no fluff, no time wasting meetings, no corporate jargon, just smart people looking to do amazing work

      - Genuinely nice, humble and interesting coworkers - Competitive pay - Generous bonus and benefits - comped lunch, insurance coverage, top of line hardware - Smart and genuine CEO - Flat hierarchy - Minimal politics - Everyone in the company is experienced and works independently - You work on projects that really matters, minimal vanity projects or internal tooling

      Cons

      Office is extremely quiet. Although we are asked to go to office (with some remote work allowance), no one collaborates in person naturally outside of slack, meetings or lunches because no one talks to each other
