Straightforward interview process, flexible schedules depending on student availability, and reinforces a lot of essential skills to have good CS foundations
Cons
Since there's no mentorship or training, you're left to figure out a lot on your own. It was my first time teaching, and with a very small class, the students were able to go through the material quickly. However, this meant that I had to add a lot to the curriculum on my own.
