Pros
Very passionate and skillful team. I worked as a software developer and learned many things. My knowledge increased a lot, due to which lots of MNCs offered me very high packages. As a startup, they are working in AI/ML technology. They are working on a project which will soon bring revolution to the market. Very fast growing company and have a deep knowledge of technology.
Cons
They give a chance to everyone to find a talent. It is good but sometimes low performers or unmature waste time. As I am a solo programmer I like to work alone.

I worked in this company and I am very impressed by it vision. Because AIPROG is focusing on next level and pushing the technology limit for next level of market. I am woking on software and custom Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence APIs. I am very happy here because I always want to work with such company who focus on machine learning project. Also work culture is also very good as we have very supportive team mates.
Cons
As its a startup, the company area is small and a small team.
