Real ownership from day one, as a PM here you actually drive product decisions instead of just shuffling tickets. Leadership trusts you, listens to your ideas, and gives you room to run with them. The team is sharp, collaborative, and genuinely invested in solving hard problems in the incident management and alerting space. You get direct exposure to customers, engineering, and strategy, which accelerates your growth far faster than you'd get at a larger company. The mission is meaningful, the product is technically interesting, and there's a clear path to make a visible impact on the business.
Cons
As a smaller company growing quickly, things move fast and you sometimes wear multiple hats. If you prefer rigid structure and tightly defined lanes, the pace of a scaling company takes some adjustment. That said, the trade-off is more opportunity and faster growth, and nothing here is an organizational red flag.... it's simply the nature of an ambitious company on the rise.
