Pros

No micromanagement- at all, which is a blessing if you are responsible and have like-minded peers.

Cons

Management with no backbone- its a boys club- if you played football or baseball in college, you will likely get a job here with no experience. Management will not address issues of an inbalanced workplace based on the varying way in which they treated employees on the same level of the organizational chart. They will milk you for all you've got as long as you turn a blind eye to "obvious issues". Once those issues become personal to you and you express concern- watch out. They will NOT help- and only take it as a personal offense to their egos. They wouldn't even reprimand an employee causing problems while they deserted their team with their feet- literally propped up on their cubicle for all the world to see. Once you express that the environment is toxic due to situations like this- they will gaslight to salvage their egos and inability to stand up to bullying. Watch out- understaffed and mis-managed due to inexperienced superiors. This manager had "NO" words during meetings and always let his GM take the microphone without a peep. Total joke. Many missed 10 mins breaks due to unwillingness to manage staff time-off. Completely illegal! Put staff in positions of confrontation with one-another due to lack of concern of tension and "disgruntled" employees.
