Pros
1. Best place to learn new technologies and getting hands dirty in to direct implementation. 2. Good Salary structure. 3. Hard work and effort is recognized, appreciated and rewarded. 4. Decision making is granted at a very junior/granular level. 5. Independence of choosing the way you want to get things done. 6. Senior management is very considerate when is comes to issues.
Cons
1. Politics can be bad (as is with every other company). Mind your own business and everything will be fine. 2. Work hours can be a bit aggressive.
