The interactions with international colleagues is interesting, fun and exciting. The Board of Directors is comprised of knowledgeable, invested people who bring a variety of experience and viewpoints to the management of the organization. The passion of the founders of the organization shines through everything they do. The organization continues to grow and expand it's mission and focus to the benefit of the indigenous people they serve.
Cons
At the time I worked there, they were still finding their way in terms of handling human resource issues such as employee reviews and conflict management. Also, they had a tendency to throw available people into a job they may not have been qualified to do.
