Pros
Staff and management are very kind and helpful. All in house manufacturing companies left, which hardly exists in America anymore. Customer oriented fast pace environment that really pushes you.
Cons
The company as a whole is great, sometimes the fast pace can be stressful but management is always willing to help.

I enjoy this company as my first official drafting career. The environment for the whole engineering department is very welcoming and positive, and even better in our drafting department. The Modular standard design is easy to learn and follow, and once you get the hang of it, the more complicated designs become fun to work on. It’s a good feeling knowing the thing you drafter is coming to life because we get a chance to see it being built in our production building before it’s shipped. Overall a good place to start your career.
Cons
I think since Covid hit and the company had to work remotely for a year and a half, it delayed the possibility for reviews and raises. I’ve heard that it’s been hard to still get a review/raise even before Covid, so I don’t think it’s expected to grow as much in terms of positions and compensation. I’ve yet to get my 6 month and yearly review from the company and I’m sitting at below the advertising start rate for newcomers now.
