Nice, friendly people to work with. Cool subject matter. Laid back environment.
Cons
Not very good pay. Sometimes it gets slow and there’s not much to do.

Pros
Flexible work Hours and friendly employees made it a pretty nice place to work. They understood that people had family issues arise from time to time with out giving a lot of grief.
Cons
As mentioned before their Feast or Famine mentality causes them to layoff/rehire quite frequently. I have seen several poor judgement calls regarding pay to the employees on the shop floor.
