      - Lots of responsibility early on - helps build good soft skills that are transferable to other jobs - good experience on how to manage large groups of people

      Cons

      - management does not respond well to feed back - volunteers can make the job more challenging than needed

      You will create lifetime memories and do so much good for the community. If you are at the age of debating to do this, there is no other time in your life you will be able to embark on this

      Cons

      Be prepared to live in a school, sleep on an air mattress and eat cafeteria food for an attire summer
