I work at Applied Perceptions and can say with the utmost sincerity that it’s nice to work for a place that acknowledges and appreciate the hard work you do. The owners give lots of added incentives throughout the year to show the staff they are appreciated. This includes free backpacks for employees with kids, BBQ’s, a company party with lots of prizes to win, raffle prizes throughout the year and random prizes throughout the year. In Call Centers, to have a working atmosphere like this is rare. To have owners care about you as an induvial is even rarer.
Cons
Customers are not always the easiest to handle, but it comes with the job. Holidays can be busy, but it equals lots of much needed hours during oppurtune times.
