Since your feedback, we've worked on improving task definition and enhancing communication across teams. Although sometime, our project lack the definition and rely on our ingenuity and creativeness to reach their goals. Open and clear communication is key to reducing misinformation, and we’ve taken steps to ensure better alignment between management and the company including daily leadership meetings to ensure tactical needs are being met, bi weekly company meetings to talk about wins, losses and current activities, and long term planning meetings to ensure we're providing clear direction for growth.
