Pension Plan, 401K match, good benefits. Safety conscious, continuous training and improvement
Cons
Production works outside so it can get really hot/cold. The front office is very cold during the winter.

High energy, highly creative company in a low cost area. Pay reasonably fairly. A lot of loyal employees who have worked there for >>10 years

It is rural and so it is not for everyone.
