      Pros

      There's a lot of meaningful work to get stuck into, the role of a passenger literally does not exist. Expectations are high and meeting them means moving up the ranks of the business quickly. Very flat structure, all in office means communicating between business units is fast.

      Cons

      The pace and goals are lofty, staying on top of them means requires working together well within your team.

      Working with a dedicated, collaborative team (you get exposure to different parts of the business like product, marketing etc) Trusted with key accounts and driving strategy in sales Senior leaders that invest in your progression / career growth
