Frequent social outings with the team that you are forced to attend or else face distancing from senior management leading to termination
Cons
Hostile work environment. Forced to wear a suit everyday even though we are not customer facing and the building didn't have AC. No work from home opportunities. Horrible work life balance, discouraged from taking PTO. They don't care about your mental health. CEO/ Senior Management do not care about their employees.
