      Pros

      positive company on all fronts. Sometimes unreasonable clients and employees turn sour. Strong determination to make things succeed.

      Cons

      If the vision gets more backing the company can go to another level altogether. Communication to get to that point is key.

      Some people take advantage of @s trusting nature. When thrown out later for doing so, negativity is created.
