I have been with Atimi for 15 years and have seen the company grow, evolve, and continuously adapt to new challenges. One of the biggest strengths of Atimi is its people - great colleagues across both BLR and YVR offices who are supportive, collaborative, and technically strong. Company has provided good learning opportunities, especially for those who are proactive and willing to take initiative. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to several high-quality and impactful projects such as Flagstar, Audible, Bloomberg, MogoTrade, and TwinSpires, which helped me grow both technically and professionally. Work timings are flexible, and there is a good level of trust and ownership given to employees, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

No company is perfect. Management has generally been open to feedback and improvements over time.
