Lot of work to lean.70% IITan's and learning latest technologies are just click away. Sir (CEO) is a Bell's lab ex-core techie so it's good to be under him directly. overall good to start your job as an engineer. Dr Sinha(CEO) is the best person to report to directly over any tech issue in a project as Deadlines are short and you need to be a Multitasker overall I love Atc-labs and quality of work here except few peoples who think themselves as pillars and talk behind

Management is Friendly but at face only. No matter how hard you work or learn Results matters.(as it should) We are Spartans here,1 men army,No help, No guidence just internet. Few so called managers will complain for your timing in order to get there increment as they earn by complaining only xD If you are non IITian, you won't earn respect,upraisel is a different issue and still you will be compared to IITian's for work as we all do same kind of work at different salaries. So, if you are a General Candidate and failed by few marks to enter IIT's/NIT's you can learn lot of good stuff and go for further studies abroad. lastly, little Politics and delay in salary sometimes.
