Lot of handson involvement for even freshers and new comers on job training is intensive advanced modules that make training worth while and high job performance

I am personally involved in projects that are being built as APIs and dev tools in AI, LLM, GPTs and dev tools suite. Great deal of handson full stack learning and client dealing. Learnt a lot more in an year on kpn than I did in 5 years engineering.

Cons

None really, yes we are expected to work hard and learn on the go and across several domains but that's not a burden or conas I enjoy
